Takedown Express picks up when the Kent Cougars season ends.

Takedown Express provides coaching and mat time to work on Freestyle and Greco.

Practices are Tuesdays and Thursdays at Mattson Middle School from 6pm-8pm.

We offer 1 week (2 practices) for free - give wrestling a try and we can't wait to welcome you to the team!
