OUR COACHES
Kent Cougars / Takedown Express Wrestling Clubs are led by a dedicated team of volunteer coaches who are committed to the development and success of our young athletes. They focus on instilling wrestling skills, discipline, and a winning mindset in every member of our club.
ABOUT OUR COACHES
Coach Ruben Navejas will be leading the Kent Cougars for the 2025-26 season!
We expect a solid group of assistant coaches to join him on the mat and help our kids learn and grow.
All volunteer coaches must have a current USA Wrestling Coaches Card, which includes Safe Sport Training, concussion protocol, a background check, and more.
