Weight Classes
Our league and program is based on age and weight. The kids are separated by age and then grouped into weight classes as follows:

Required Gear
All wrestlers must have head gear and wrestling shoes to participate in practices and tournaments.
Please wear athletic clothing (no jeans, zippers, or buttons) for practice.

Kent Cougars singlets will be borrowed from the team for a $1-$5 fee to participate in each tournament.
They will be cleaned by the singlet volunteer after each tournament.
​
Girls must wear a sports bra or tank top under their singlet.

TAKEDOWN EXPRESS - Wrestlers must have one blue and one red singlet to participate in Freestyle / Greco matches.
The club will provide a link to purchase custom club singlets.
